Together with her brother, she teaches women practical, accessible techniques to feel safer and more confident—both in class and to over a million followers on TikTok. The film presents self-defence as a universal right, blending Imma’s personal journey with hands-on teaching. It’s more than a film about physical protection: it’s a call to reclaim power, presence, and self-trust.
