Baan Unrak children's home in Sangklaburi,
Thailand gives destitute children and abandoned mothers a home and
hope for a better future. The home provides basic needs to more
than 100 children, and support to several abandoned mothers as well
as giving support to the poor local community. The home also runs
a school which educates more than 200 local children.
Rune Kippervik first got in touch with Poppoli pictures at the Bangkok Film Festval,
and ended up assisting on The Amazing Truth about Queen Raquela.
He is now the representative of Poppoli Pictures Bangkok. He has
spent more than two of the last five years in South East Asia where
he's been shooting documentaries, features, short films and music
videos as well as working with humanitarian organizations. Rune
is a graduate from Griffith University, Australia with a BA of Digital
Screen production.
